I'm searching and searching online for a couple of plugs and caps, to walk a few phone calls, no one knows where I can buy wood or plastic?

Yes, Michaels, Wal-Mart also has very small wooden pegs. for cover, see the section of wood from a craft store. They arent as "caps" sold, but it is not Nobs, spools and other small things that you glue around the edges with wood glue. Good luck!
