Radioshack Headset Vista Drivers Why Do My USB & Plugin Devices Fry So Quickly?

Why do my USB & plugin devices fry so quickly? - radioshack headset vista drivers

I've owned my HP dv9700 is now almost a year and a half, and this time I went through the following USB devices:
2 Xbox 360 Wireless Controller + Headset for PC
2 Radio Shack PS2 -> USB converter
4 different helmets
Logitec PS2 2 Regulators
1 Logitec Rumble Controller PS2

A bit tedious to go through many such devices in an area which is relatively short, is the last device only 2.5 weeks before it went wrong (and I bought a Bluetooth headset, and to see if I burn can be avoided). I can only say that when you restart the devices go awry, as in the case of a helmet, the microphone is incoherent, and as an audio feedback and move game controller, the power of red light in the cooperation in the Middle --Flash ntroller when the current no longer go to her. Once the devices in this phase, and absolutely will not run on any computer.

Information system if it helps:
Vista 64-bit SP1
AMD Turion 64X2
4 GB of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 7150M/nForce 630M

You more information if necessary - I just want to see are available if there is a way to stop eating my laptop in the future, more devices - USB ports they still work without problems, despite fry many devices in the past.
